Role Overview

As a GTM Account Manager at Cadre AI, you'll be the strategic partner our clients rely on to scale their revenue operations through intelligent automation. You'll design and implement sophisticated data workflows, orchestrate multi-channel email campaigns, and build comprehensive sales and marketing funnels that drive consistent pipeline growth. This role requires hands-on expertise with modern GTM tools and the ability to translate complex automation strategies into clear business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary GTM strategist for enterprise and mid-market clients, understanding their revenue goals and market positioning
  • Build long-term partnerships focused on measurable revenue growth, client retention, and expansion opportunities
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews showcasing performance metrics, ROI analysis, and strategic recommendations
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and recommend GTM solutions that align with client growth objectives

Data Enrichment & Automation

  • Design and implement sophisticated data workflows for lead enrichment, cleaning, and prospect identification
  • Build automated data pipelines that integrate CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and sales tools
  • Create custom data tables and sequences that enhance lead scoring and qualification processes
  • Optimize data workflows to ensure high-quality prospect lists and improved conversion rates

Email & Outreach Automation

  • Develop multi-touch email sequences across platforms like Apollo, Instantly, SmartLead, and native CRM systems
  • Create personalized outreach campaigns using AI-driven content generation and dynamic personalization
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize open rates, response rates, and conversion metrics
  • Design nurture sequences that move prospects through the sales funnel with relevant, timely content

Sales & Marketing Integration

  • Build end-to-end marketing funnels from lead capture through customer acquisition
  • Implement lead routing and scoring systems that optimize sales team efficiency
  • Create attribution models that track ROI across multiple touchpoints and channels
  • Design sales enablement tools and processes that improve close rates and deal velocity

Performance Optimization & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance across all channels, providing detailed analytics and insights
  • Create custom dashboards and reports that track key GTM metrics and business outcomes
  • Continuously optimize workflows based on performance data and industry best practices
  • Provide strategic recommendations for scaling successful campaigns and improving underperforming ones

What You Need to Succeed

Core Experience

  • 4-6+ years in GTM roles, sales operations, marketing automation, or revenue operations
  • Proven track record managing high-value client accounts with complex GTM requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Clay, including advanced workflow creation and data enrichment strategies
  • Deep expertise in email automation platforms (Apollo, Instantly, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, etc.)

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Clay workflows, data enrichment, and integration capabilities
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and ability to create meaningful reports and dashboards

Strategic Capabilities

  • Proven ability to develop comprehensive GTM strategies that drive measurable revenue growth
  • Experience building scalable sales and marketing processes for B2B companies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Understanding of modern sales methodologies and buyer journey optimization

Communication & Management

  • Exceptional client communication skills with ability to present complex strategies clearly
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and client relationships
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to client success
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value propositions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling GTM operations for SaaS or technology companies
  • Background in sales development, demand generation, or growth marketing
  • Familiarity with AI-powered sales and marketing tools
  • Track record of achieving specific revenue targets through automation implementations

  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for outbound sales (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
